1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aes444 website accessible at aes444.vip, including all pages, games, features, tools, and services made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the aes444 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by aes444 to Players, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other activity available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Restricted Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or who has been self-excluded from the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the aes444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aes444 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, first deposit, and first withdrawal.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1 of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
• You may hold only one Account on the aes444 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. aes444 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aes444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction may be subject to limits imposed by your chosen payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during standard operating hours via mobile banking channels such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• aes444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside aes444's control.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. aes444 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your Account must be used for wagering on the Platform. aes444 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under applicable law. aes444 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Players.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved, at aes444's sole discretion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

aes444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing. aes444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if eligibility conditions are not met.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash without satisfying wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• aes444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect bonuses already activated by Players in accordance with the original terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any bonus, aes444's decision is final and binding.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

aes444 provides access to games supplied by internationally certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to all games available on the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. aes444 does not modify, interfere with, or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a malfunction, any bets placed during the malfunction period are void. aes444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a technical failure, system error, or communication disruption.
• Players must play games in good faith and in accordance with the rules set out by each game studio. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.
• aes444 reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any payout that has been made in error, including in cases of software glitches, mis-pricing of odds, or manifest error.

6. Sports Betting Rules

In addition to the general game rules in Clause 5, the following terms apply specifically to sports betting markets available on the aes444 Platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• aes444 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, if there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, match manipulation, or for operational reasons.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules published for the relevant sport and market type. Generally, bets on events that do not complete within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. These limits are published within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport and market type.
• aes444 does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of information provided about sporting events, including team news, weather conditions, or venue changes. Players should conduct their own research before placing bets.

7. Responsible Gaming

aes444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the Account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be made.
• Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible unless a formal reinstatement request is submitted and reviewed after a minimum exclusion period of 6 months.
• aes444 will never send promotional communications to Players who are under a self-exclusion order.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aes444 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening more than one Account, or assisting any third party to open an Account using false or borrowed identification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be forfeited.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing aes444 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any element of the aes444 Platform including its software, visual design, or proprietary content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the aes444 Platform, including but not limited to the aes444 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, and game assets supplied by third-party studios, is the intellectual property of aes444 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from aes444.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aes444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside aes444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, mobile network failures, natural disasters, or government action.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, odds, or game data displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aes444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

aes444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aes444 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments, verify identity, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Either party may close the Player's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A Player wishing to close their Account should contact aes444 support at [email protected]. Any outstanding Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending identity verification and settlement of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• aes444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or provision of false registration information. In such cases, any Balance associated with the Account may be forfeited.
• Dormant Accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an administrative fee as notified to the Player in advance, or closed at aes444's discretion following reasonable prior notice.

13. Amendments to These Terms

aes444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aes444 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by way of a notice posted on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aes444 Platform, you agree to contact aes444 support at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. aes444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. aes444's decision on any dispute is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
